Hello! Thanks for visiting me!

I'm Phuong Ho, "uo" is pronounced as "u" in "full."

I am currently a postdoc at MIT CEEPR, Massachusetts Institute of Technology.

I am on the 2026-2027 job market. I study how markets for energy and natural resources respond to environmental policy and geopolitical pressure. My current research focuses on the energy transition and the resources behind it, including critical mineral supply chains and methane flaring and venting in oil and gas production. Across these settings, I ask how regulation reshapes firms' incentives, market structure, and the distribution of environmental burdens.
